Commercial Property Locum – Cambridgeshire – 3 months
An opportunity has arisen for a successful Commercial Property Locum to aid an established Law Firm in Cambridgeshire whilst they recruit on a permanent basis. The initial duration is 3 months but there is strong likelihood of extension.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling the sale and purchase of a broad range of commercial property, as well as dealing with landlord and tenant matters and the renewal of commercial leases.
Basic IT skills are required but secretarial support will be provided.
Hourly rate is negotiable based on previous industry experience.
