My client is a three site law firm with offices in Manchester. They provide a full range of legal services.
The firm has an immediate requirement for an experienced Conveyancer for their North Manchester/Lancashire offices.
The role will be to manage a caseload of residential sales and purchase matters using a case management system from initial instruction to completion. They are looking for at least 3 years experience either Solicitor or CILEX and those with residential experience and without formal legal qualifications are also welcomed. Salary will affect experience .
