This Commercial Property Solicitor role will be based in Stratford, East London.

The Commercial Property department is ranked in the Legal 500. It currently stands at a team of six and is flourishing with lots of new instructions coming into the firm. The firm are looking to grow the department, with this growth comes excellent prospects. The work will be varied making for an interesting role. Work will include; Landlord & Tenant, Development, Investment, Residential development and Sales and purchases. The firm have a particularly strong client base of SME, retailers, and leisure companies.

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with between 1-8 years PQE (the firm are looking to take on two Solicitors, hence the broad range of PQE)
• Would be an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to take a step up in terms of responsibility - they can offer a platform for career progression
• You will have broad Commercial Property experience and a good technical knowledge
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, although up to £70k
