Niche practice seeking a Senior Family Lawyer in East Sussex.
Our client is a well-established and boutique practice offering a select range of specialist services to clients from their base in the south east. Staffed by expert lawyers committed to the provision of first class advice and representation, they have built a strong client base and enjoy an enviable reputation throughout the area.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Senior Family Lawyer to join our clients’ thriving practice in the Hastings area. Becoming part of a specialist team, the successful Lawyer will manage a full and varied caseload of private and publicly-funded matrimonial and children matters for a broad client base. The ideal Lawyer will have particular expertise in financial remedies, care proceedings and private law Children Act applications and possess Children Panel membership. Additional involvement in business development activities will form an essential part of the position.
A hands-on position on a full or part time basis offering exposure to a demanding caseload, a collaborative working environment and excellent remuneration for the right Lawyer. Please contact Sophie for further information quoting reference SG25507.
The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 8 years’ PQE gained within a reputable Family department.
You must have excellent technical skills, with expertise in all aspects of matrimonial and children matters.
Membership of the Law Society Children Panel would be highly advantageous.
You will have a good working knowledge of Legal Aid procedures.
You will be a team player with first class client care and communication skills across all levels.
