Banking Paralegal or Legal Executive – The in-house team of this leading financial services house is looking for an experienced commercially minded banking paralegal or legal executive to join their thriving in-house team to fulfil a crucial function within the business with excellent prospects for career progression. THE ROLE AT A GLANCE

• Job title: Banking Paralegal or Legal Executive (in-house)
• Location: Manchester
• Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 + bonus
• Reports to: Senior Solicitor
• Previous Experience: Candidates must have proven previous banking law experience with particular emphasis on transactional banking experience such as drafting legal banking documentation including facility agreements and ancillary documentation. Candidates should ideally have at least 12 months drafting experience from within a reputable law firm.

This is a role for a paralegal of legal executive with experience gained from within a reputable banking team at a respected law firm. It is a legal role requiring sound knowledge of facility arrangements and related legal documentation.

They require an experienced banking paralegal or legal executive who is able to work autonomously and who will be progressed to a crucial position within the in-house team. Candidates must have proven drafting experience and be comfortable working in a commercial environment.
