An exciting new vacancy has arisen for a Residential Conveyancer to join their growing Couch End, North London office.

The Residential Property team has excellent relationships with agents and brokers and workflow has significantly increased in recent months. You will work as part of a friendly, professional, and highly experienced team. You will deal with your own high-quality caseload of Sales and purchases, leasehold and freeholds, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.

This role comes with good prospects for progression.

• You will be a ILEX, Licensed Conveyancer, or Solicitor with at least 6 months' experience in Conveyancing
• You will be based in the Crouch End, North London office.
• You will have had good experience of running your own caseload
• Strong communication skills and an eye for detail are essential
• Salary is negotiable and depending on your background although up to £45k
