An exciting new vacancy has arisen for a Conveyancing Paralegal to join their growing Ware, Essex office.

The Residential Property team has excellent relationships with agents and brokers and workflow has significantly increased in recent months. You will work as part of a friendly, professional, and highly experienced team. You will assist with a high-quality caseload of Sales and purchases, leasehold and freeholds, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
This role comes with good prospects for progression, including running your own caseload and a training contract,

• You will be a Conveyancing Paralegal with at least 6 months experience
• You will be based in the Ware, Essex office.
• Strong communication skills and an eye for detail are essential
• Salary is negotiable and depending on your background although up to £24k
