The firm is seeking a Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join their Twickenham, West London office.

You will work alongside a highly experienced Partner dealing with a varied caseload, which will make for a more interesting role. This role presents an excellent opportunity, the team firm wide is very busy, and they feel they are unable to market the department as they will be too busy, this role comes with good prospects for Partnership, you will be at the forefront of a growing department and will have lots of autonomy.
You will deal with; M&A, Shareholders agreements, Company formation, Articles of association, Commercial contracts, and Joint ventures. The client base will range from SME, Entrepreneurs to National companies.

• You will be a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with between 2-6 years PQE
• You will have good prospects for progression
• You will have broad Corporate Commercial experience (although if you are stronger in certain areas than others, I would still urge you to apply)
• Excellent communication skills are essential
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package and bonus structure
