THE ROLE
A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Litigation Lawyer in Hertfordshire on a permanent basis. Working alongside one of the practices senior fee earners and comfortable running your own caseload with minimal supervision, the successful Lawyer will undertake general litigation including: contractual disputes; property; debt recovery; contentious probate and; Landlord and Tenant work. It is therefore essential that you are experienced in both commercial and civil litigation. THE CANDIDATE
You must be a Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of five years’ PQE.
You must have solid experience in civil and commercial litigation.
You will be capable of handling your own caseload to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
You will have strong advocacy skills.
You will have demonstrable client care and able to work well in a team.
You must be professional, personable and highly motivated.
