Interim Funds Lawyer

Being a qualified lawyer with at least 3PQE+, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of documentation including the investment management and distribution agreements for a variety of regulated fund platforms, with particular focus on Luxembourg UCITs funds and AIFs. You will lease with a variety of external counterparties, the front office, documentation team and other support functions in relation to queries. You will assess the impact of new regulations on areas of the business and advise on action required to be taken to regulatory changes.

Being a qualified lawyer with demonstrable experience of regulated funds, you will have an excellent academic background which will include training with a top city firm. You will be a confident self-starter, who can build strong working relationships and be flexible with your work approach, as you will be part of a collaborative and flat structured team.

Although this is a short term role for just 4 months, you will gain good quality work within this highly regarded US bank. You will gain plenty of exposure to a wide range of senior stakeholders, providing you with good visibility for your future career.
