The Real Estate Finance team sits within one of the largest Real Estate teams in the UK thus offering an exceptional calibre of work, an enviable client base and the opportunity to work alongside leading experts on complex, high value deals.

The successful Real Estate Finance Solicitor will be based in the firm's Birmingham office and will act for a wide range of banks, financial institutions and housing associations, assisting the wider property development team.

About the Real Estate Finance Solicitor

Given the nature of the work, you will be a UK qualified Real Estate Finance Solicitor with 1 to 6 years experience in Real Estate Finance matters gained at a reputable firm.

You will have a strong academic record, excellent organisational and communication skills and a keen eye for detail. You will also be able to demonstrate a high degree of initiative along with the ability to work well within the wider Real Estate team and form solid relationships with key clients.
