THE ROLE
Our client is currently seeking to recruit a conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive, Paralegal or Licenced Conveyancer to join this high quality team in Nottingham. The successful candidate will manage a full and varied caseload of conveyancing transactions to include shared ownership, leasehold and freehold sales and purchases and equity transfers. The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running within a specialist property team providing high quality services in an efficient and pro-active manner. This position is being offered on a part time basis.

THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this role you must:
Be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Paralegal or Licenced Conveyancer;
Manage a full and varied caseload of conveyancing matters with minimal supervision;
Work well as part of a team and also on own initiative;
Have excellent communication and organisation skills
