Are you a senior corporate commercial solicitor looking for an exciting new role in Ashford, Kent?

My client is a thriving Legal 500 firm that is looking for an experienced corporate commercial solicitor to handle their own caseload of high quality commercial agreements including distribution agreements, agency agreements, terms and conditions of trading, franchise agreements, and bespoke commercial agreements.

You will advise on the formation, variation and dissolution of partnerships, and the acquisition and sale of business assets including business assets sold as part of the transfer of a business as a going concern. You will act on the purchase and sale of private limited companies through the sale of their share capital.

As someone who enjoys getting involved in marketing activities, you will play a pivotal role in developing the department and growing the business.
