Are you a senior employment solicitor with exposure to high value respondent matters? Are you able to advise large corporations on long term employment and HR plans? Are you able to confidently work with leading businesses and business leaders from high value national corporations, as well as leading national SME’s with turnovers in excess of 1 Billion and an employee base in excess of 100,000? Are you looking for a niche practise with leading lawyers and a reputation for outstanding quality of work? 

If so, then this role is for you.

You will be joining a leading regional firm that deals with solely respondent employment matters, dealing with large scale HR and Employment law advice for the region's leading businesses. You will work with large scale corporate mergers and acquisitions advising on the possible HR and employment law impacts, along with leading clients in the food and beverage industry, the pharmaceutical industry and leading TMT clients. You will also work on cases that will cover corporate restructures, as well as advising clients on how to optimise the management of employee performance and employer to employee relationships.

You will ideally have experience in the aforementioned work, with a comfort in dealing with industry leading corporations. You will have at least 10 years' PQE and be a proven biller, delivering high value respondent employment work. You should currently hold a senior associate position and have your goals set on the prospect of senior management or partnership succession. A following of client would be an attractive feature, but an ability to business develop and market yourself and your firm is entirely essential.

In return, you will receive a leading regional salary and bonus structure. You will also receive free parking and a long term progression option, with regular salary reviews based on your ongoing billing numbers where salary increases have very little limitation in the face of strong financial performance.
