CLIENT: We are working with a leading Fortune 500 business with a global network who are looking to hire an experienced and confident commercial lawyer for their EMEA operations.
ROLE: As part of a lean EMEA team, you'd be highly exposed to contracts in multiple jurisdictions handling customer and supplier T&Cs, distributor, sales, teaming agreements and NDAs. You will also be involved in the reviewing and drafting of IT, Technology and real estate contracts.
CANDIDATE: Given the international exposure and level of responsibility needed in this position, you will need to have demonstrable commercial experience, training and experience in a leading international law firm and in-house experience in a fast-paced and dynamic organisation.
