Description
My Reading based client are seeking a Wills and Probate paralegal to join their team expanding team.
As a Wills and Probate paralegal you will be concerned with assisting fee earners with estates administration work and will drafting. You will be concerned with advising on the provisions of a Will or the Intestacy Rules, obtaining grants of representation and applying for the grant deeds of variation
Profile
The successful Wills and Probate Paralegal will have gained a minimum of 6 months experience dealing with Wills and Probate matters and have excellent administrative skills.
