Residential Conveyancer - Preston

Thornton Legal has just been instructed by a great firm in Preston to recruit a Conveyancer for their Residential Property Team. Candidates with at least 3 years of good quality residential property experience are urged to apply.

Clients of the property team consist fifty per cent of local referrals, enquiries and walk ins and fifty per cent of existing client contacts in the South East.

The firm is looking for a good "all round" conveyancer capable of running their own caseload of sales/purchase matters with some re-mortgages from time to time.

The team itself has grown steadily over the past 2 years and the head of department is keen to bring on board somebody capable of working autonomously and with minimum supervision.

Salary in the region of £30,000 for the right candidate. Free parking and 25 days annual leave per year.

Stated PQE and salary levels are for guidance only. All applications demonstrating the skills necessary to fulfil the role will be considered
