LEGAL MANAGER - LITIGATION - PROPERTY
CLIENT: Our client is one of the UK's leading housing associations and one of London's largest residential developers. With over 90,000 homes in London and large scale projects up-coming, this ambitious organisation is looking for a skilled Litigation specialist to head their Litigation legal team.
ROLE: As the Legal Manager for the Litigation department, you will lead a team of three lawyers handling property and housing litigation consisting of freehold/leasehold disputes, claims and drafting resolutions. You will also oversee the development of the litigation team as well as advising the multiple business units on new and existing developments.
CANDIDATE: You will need to have specialist knowledge and experience in handling complex property disputes and be a strong and effective communicator, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
