You will work independently and at the same time be team player in our Legal department, who play a central role in the company’s everyday business as well as the future development of the company.
Your functions and responsibilities as a Legal Counsel will include:
- Responsibility for one or more business areas within Legal department
- Negotiation with business partners
- Participating in cross organizational corporation – and with the group companies
- Participating in entering new markets, such as going through laws, regulations and agreements with market participants ensuring that the company’s activities are in compliance with these

Your qualifications
Due to our growing international business, it will be an advantage if your education (such as Master of Law, LLM or MSc in Business Economics & Law) is from a European jurisdiction outside Denmark (preferably France, Belgium, Netherlands, Spain or Italy).
Also you
- can manage a high degree of independence
- can manage several tasks at the same time – also when facing short deadlines.
- can quickly learn new and complex regulatory matters
- have knowledge or experience with energy law and/or financial regulations
- have strong language skills in English both written and spoken. Language skills from other countries (particularly from within the EU) will be an advantage
You will be working in a high-paced environment where new ideas constantly emerge. You need to be willing to change and to learn about new business areas. So, you must be able to keep your head cool in a hectic and busy environment.
