Trainee IT Analyst - Are you looking to break into IT?

An ideal opportunity for either a college leaver or someone with some office experience looking to break in to IT. The role will include: Assisting Partners and staff with first-line hardware and software technical support issues; general IT support and admin tasks as directed by the IT Manager; printer maintenance and toner cartridge replacement as required; installation, maintenance, and relocation of computer/telephone hardware and peripherals; Install and configure software applications; administration and maintenance of IT equipment; assisting with telephone and audio-visual setups for meetings and events; promote good working practices and security awareness.
