Corporate Paralegal

Corporate Paralegal:

Our client, a leading UK law firm, is currently seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to join them permanent basis.

You will gain exposure to and assist on a broad range of Private Equity and M&A deals. Your primary responsibilities will be assisting with the drafting and reviewing of deal documents, assisting with due diligence and, managing and creating data rooms.

A successful candidate will have strong academics (including a minimum of a 2:1 in their undergraduate degree and a Commendation in the LPC) and have at least a year experience working as a Corporate Paralegal at a leading City law firm.
