Civil Litigation Solicitor (3 years + PQE)

Our client, is an established firm, based in that has a reputation in the local market for providing committed, quality legal advice. They are looking to recruit an experienced Civil Litigation solicitor who will handle a broad range of civil litigation disputes. You will be at least 3 years PQE and it is essential the successful candidate is be able to handle their own caseload of Landlord and Tenant disputes as well as contested probate, but the role will involve a wide variety of Civil matters. This is fantastic opportunity to join this well regarded firm in their office on the outskirts of Birmingham.

The role is due to their desire to capitalise on their excellent reputation as the firms goes from strength to strength . As a result, although there will be some work to inherit from referrals you will be a confident Business Developer with strong marketing skills.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Civil Litigation Solicitor who has at least 3 years experience dealing with Landlord & Tenant disputes and Contested Probate but the role will involve a wide variety of civil matters.
