Property Litigation Solicitor

My Warwickshire based Legal 500 client is seeking to recruit a Property Litigation Solicitor at Associate level to join their highly respected property litigation team. The team currently advise both commercial and residential Landlords and Tenants as to their rights and obligations. This includes enforcement of covenants and appropriate remedies (including litigation, mediation and ADR), provide advice on all types of property dispute, including rights of way and other easements, boundary disputes, restrictive covenants, development agreement, adverse possession claims and trespassers and have experience of advising on all aspects of Party Wall Act issues. You will have experience in injunctions, mediation, arbitration and expert determination and ideally come from a strong regional firm background.
