Private Practice 12 Partner firm two practice firm in Reading are seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join the team in Henley on Thames. With an established reputation throughout Thames Valley and parts of London they practice in Commercial & Residential Property, Wills & Probate, Commercial Business, Litigation, Employment and private Family.

This is a full service law firm with a commercial outlook. You will be working with a team of 2 Solicitors and a Probate Administrator. The firm look to appoint aspirational individuals with a corporate yet friendly approach to there work.

The department is responsible for: -Wills and trusts -Powers of attorney -Probate and administration of estates -Inheritance tax -Retirement planning -Rights on deaths and illness -Estate and tax planning -Inheritance disputes/contentious probate

The role requires an individual with a can-do attitude and good commercial awareness for an opportunity to join great firm.  

The client will consider a range of PQE experience and a STEP Qualification would be an advantage but is not essential.
