This is a superb opportunity for an ambitious and driven junior solicitor to join a leading City's firm Banking & Finance practice.
The work of the practice is broad, covering traditional Finance work (Bank Lending, Acq/Lev Fin, Real Estate Finance) through to Restructuring and Insolvency as well as Structured Finance and Securitisations. The team is busy and so looking to recruit several junior associates, who will be able to choose, broadly speaking, in which part of the practice they wish to focus.
The team has a particular strength in acting for high calibre borrowers and so those who have developed their careers to date in a more lender-focussed practice must be comfortable and interested in acting on the other side a bit more frequently.
The successful candidates will have trained within a well-regarded firm and if gained PQE, will have done so in highly regarded Banking & Finance practice.
