This top City firm is looking to hire a Commercial Associate to undertake a range of interesting and challenging work in its busy and well-regarded.
The firm falls within the UK Top 30, has a solid reputation and is a popular destination amongst associates who wish to have a good quality of work but do not want to be in a very large firm.
The role will include a range of general commercial work, which will include a staple diet of commercial contracts e-commerce, sponsorship, distribution, supply of goods/services, and IT/Outsourcing agreements, soft IP. Data protection is falls into the remit of the team and interest in this would be advantageous. Clients are in a range of sectors, typically including Technology, Sport, Luxury Brands and Financial Services.
The firm prides itself in the quality of its lawyers and seeks those who have gained experience from well-regarded firms and possess a strong academic record (2:1 as a minimum and training/PQE from a Top 50 firm or leading boutique/department).
