The Role
We are now actively seeking a dynamic Litigation Lawyer for a successful Hertfordshire-based team. Reporting to the Head of Department, the successful Lawyer will manage a full and varied caseload and assist with claims and complaints as required. Areas will include: personal injury; debt recovery; employment; landlord and tenant and; general litigation. Keen to get involved with marketing and business development, the successful Lawyer will build and strengthen client relationships and participate in initiatives to promote the department and practice as a whole. The Candidate
You must be a Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of five years’ PQE gained within Litigation;
You will have excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach;
You will have strong IT skills and the ability to use case management software and Microsoft Office applications;
Use of dragon dictate is highly advantageous but not essential;
You be able to prioritise your workload in order to meet tight deadlines;
You will be personable, professional and flexible;
You will be a pro-active team player with a desire for professional development
