THE FIRM
Our client is a top 100, London based law firm which is highly rated by the legal directories.
Clients include individuals and a mix of commercial, not-for-profit and regulatory clients.
THE ROLE
The firm is looking to recruit a senior property lawyer to its charity and social business team.
The team focusses on advising charities and social businesses and provides practical legal advice to hundreds of organisations, which are varied in legal structure and area of operation and range from recognised household names to medium sized and start-up charities.
ABOUT YOU
Applicants must be able to demonstrate strong technical skills and preferably have experience acting for charities.
A client following is not essential but a network of contacts and connections would help to demonstrate a necessary understanding of and enthusiasm for the sector, and the firm would like to see a real interest in supporting the growth and development of the team's practice, in particular maintaining and developing close and lasting relations with existing clients.
The work is varied and includes transactional and advisory property matters in some cases delivered to lay people and other times to sophisticated property professionals and in-house lawyers.
This firm is a unique place to broaden your experience in a supportive working environment with sociable and committed colleagues.
Lipson Lloyd Jones Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy. Please note our advertisements use PQE levels purely as a guide to the minimum level of experience required. However we are happy to consider applications from all candidates who are able to demonstrate the skills necessary to fulfill this kind of work.
