My client, an international financial services company based in London, is looking for a Private Equity Lawyer to join their in house legal team on an ongoing contract.
The successful candidate will be:
- Advising on and drafting documentation in respect of private equity transactional work.
- Advising and drafting on the corporate and finance work streams of private equity transactions
- Diligent and able to manage your own caseloads independently.
The successful candidate will ideally have the following experience:
- Private Equity Transactional Experience, ideally both involving corporate and financial deals.
- Real Estate experience
- 8 years* PQE (UK or Commonwealth qualified)
