Construction Solicitor - 5 years PQE

Entirely due to expansion purposes, my stellar client has a requirement for an assistant solicitor to join its Non-Contentious Construction group.

You will handle all construction aspects of property development including professional appointments and building contracts; infrastructure contracts; on behalf of developers, contractors, public sector bodies, funders and consultants.

You must be a minimum of 5 years post qualified gained within a boutique or national law firm

With this team being not particularly associate-heavy there is real potential for ambitious assistants to make their mark with the firm. In recent years, assistants within my client's practice group have been noted by the Legal 500, a rarity in this competitive practice area.
