Excellent and rare opportunity for a junior Corporate M&A lawyer, preferably with a decent amount of life science sector experience (perhaps gained on a client secondment or before training, or as part of the lawyer's academic background) to join the corporate M&A practice of this award winning City and international firm. The ideal person for this role will have a range of transactional (primarily) and commercial IP / life sciences sector experience from another well regarded corporate practice, or perhaps will have a range of corporate M&A experience over various other sectors but will have gained additional experience in-house in the life sciences sector as a client secondment during or post training. Although this team has a particular focus on the life science sector, a science degree is not required for this role, although the partners are looking for someone who is able to demonstrate a real passion for IP and the life science sector as this will be a focus area going forward.
