Corporate Lawyer (Top US law firm) - UAE

MLR are pleased to bring to the market a unique opportunity to join one of the United Arab Emirates most elite law firms as a junior - mid level Corporate Lawyer.

Our client is a multi national, top tier, US law firm with offices spread across the globe. Their presence in the Middle East is one they are particularly proud of having firmly cemented themselves in the region for the past 30+ years. 

With the growth of their offices in the United Arab Emirates, our clients are looking to appoint an Associate level Corporate Lawyer with a strong technical background. In order to be considered for this opportunity, we ask that you:

• be a qualified Corporate Solicitor 
• have a minimum of 12 months PQE but a maximum of  2.5 years
• have trained and gained experience at a top tier UK or US law firm 
• possess an excellent understanding of all things Corporate law. 

The ideal Lawyer will have excelled throughout all stages of their training contract and be recognised as a key member of their Corporate team. 

During selection, a strong emphasis will be placed upon your drafting ability therefore please ensure you are well versed in drafting and reviewing a variety of agreements and contracts.
