CQS-accredited team requires an additional Residential Conveyancing Lawyer in the Poole area.
Our client is a well-established firm with a network of offices within the South West and London. The firm prides themselves on building strong relationships with their clients and have a modern approach with traditional values when it comes to client and staff care. They specialise in a variety of legal services such as; Wills and Probate, Conveyancing and Family Law.
The Role
We are now tasked with sourcing a talented and driven Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join our clients’ flourishing practice near Poole. Becoming part of a well-established specialist team, located across all offices; the successful Lawyer will manage a full and varied caseload of Residential Property transactions from instruction to post-completion to include: freehold and leasehold; new builds; shared ownerships and remortgages. In addition, the ideal Lawyer will also play an integral role in business development activities for the department and firm as a whole.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 5 years’ PQE gained within a reputable Residential Property department.
You must have excellent technical skills, with a broad range of expertise.
You will be IT literate, with prior experience in the use of case management systems and Microsoft Office.
You will be a team player with first class client care and communication skills across all levels.
A strong track record of successful involvement in business development is essential for the position.
Existing contacts in the area would be advantageous.
