The Role
Our client is seeking to recruit a Company Commercial Paralegal for their well-established Oldbury office. The position is offered on a full-time permanent basis suitable for applications from Paralegals with two or more years’ experience. The work will be assisting and supporting lawyers with company commercial matters including shareholder agreements, partnership disputes, contracts, commercial property transaction and business sales and acquisitions.
