My client, who can offer you a caseload of commercial property matters including retail, purchase and sales, commercial leasing and beyond, has a requirement for a newly qualified solicitor to bolster their offering during an ambitious expansion push.

You will be offered work both in Scotland and cross border and have the opportunity in the short to medium term to work with an international client base, something that is not often available to solicitors at newly qualified level.

Candidates with a genuine interest in adding renewables as an extra string to their bow are of particular interest as this role will involve an element of that sort of work including wind farms, hydro schemes, anaerobic digestion, biomass and CHP plants.
