There is a real opportunity here to join a busy and dynamic team, work closely alongside the Partners who are recognised in the legal directories, and get plenty of exposure to all stages of high value clinical negligence work. The right candidate will advise on a broad range of claims brought against medical professionals, inter alia brain injury, surgical malpractice, spinal injury, manufacturing claims, inquests representations and healthcare claims and much more. Candidates should be qualified as a solicitor and ideally have 1 to 3 years of post qualification experience in a leading clinical negligence practice. You should have strong academics and be a good team player with excellent interpersonal skills. You should have experience running your own files as well as assisting on complex cases, both pre and post issue of proceedings.
