Residential Property Associate 2-8 years + PQE

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Associate to work for a reputable Legal 500 firm based in their London office. In this fee earning position you will be part of a successful Residential Property department, dealing with your own caseloads. This challenging role will offer you ample scope to grow and develop.

This role is due to growth, highlighting the growing success of the department and succession planning too. 

Some of the duties that you will be performing on a day to day basis are:

·         To assist the department as a whole in meeting its fee earning targets by providing help regarding advice and assistance to clients of the Residential Property department as well as other Departments of the Firm

·         Conduct of matters on behalf of clients

·         Management of support services for which (s)he is responsible, including supervision of own secretary if appropriate

·         Participation in marketing activities whether on a firm-wide, departmental or office basis

·         Financial control with particular regard to cash-flow control through collection of monies on account and billing procedures

·         To participate fully in the activities of the Residential Property dept’s team

·         To utilise the skills of any Department Trainee and to assist with the Trainee’s training

·         To assist during the absence of other fee earners

·         Carrying out work outside of normal hours where the work requires this

·         Travelling to client meetings both in and outside the UK when required
