Childcare Solicitor

Our client, a traditional and highly successful regional firm in South Manchester are highly regarded in their local area for their strong client care ethos. Due to recent client wins and continued expansion they are looking to make a key appointment to their Family Department in South Manchester with a Childcare Solicitor.

As a Childcare Solicitor, you will be running a caseload of care matters on behalf of guardians and parents as well as undertaking your own advocacy. Children's Panel accreditation is a bonus but is not necessarily required for those who would be eligible to apply or with a strong care background. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in Childcare matters. You will ideally be familiar with privately funded family work such as divorces, ancillary relief and private children's matters in order to pick up on this work as and when needed. Strong advocacy experience is essential.
