Our client, a Commercial, Legal 500 firm with a strong North West presence is looking to expand their Construction team in Manchester or Liverpool with the appointment of Construction Litigation Solicitor at Associate or Senior Associate Level.

Regarded as a market leader, this firm has developed a leading firm that provides the highest quality service to individuals and businesses which includes a dedicate Construction Litigation team. Due to the continued success of the firm they are now looking to make a key appointment at Associate or Senior Associate level. The role will entail dealing with contentious complex and high value construction disputes on behalf of contractors, sub-contractors, supplier and employers including litigation, ADR, arbitration and adjudication. In this role you will be expected to provide support to the Construction partner in terms of driving the department forward as well as running a full caseload.

This firm is looking for applicants who have strong experience in this area and will consider those who are currently undertaking Construction Litigation matters alongside either other disputes or non-contentious construction matters. The ideal candidate will be at least 6 PQE.
