A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join our client, a Legal 500 and Chambers ranked North West firm, at Associate or Senior Associate level.

Our client has an enviable Real Estate offering across its different offices and across different sectors and specialisms. An opportunity has now arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join the team at Associate or Senior Associate level, focusing predominately on Commercial Development and Investment matters.

As a Commercial Property Solicitor you will be focusing predominately on the firm's property investors and investment landlord developer clients dealing with a varied caseload, advising on the whole of the property development cycle from site acquisition, assembly, funding, construction and disposal. You will be acting on behalf of clients ranging from SMEs and high net-worth individuals to household name retailers and large property investment companies.

The ideal Commercial Property Solicitor will be around 5-8 PQE* with a strong background in Commercial Property and an interest and experience in commercial development.
