An excellent opportunity for a technically strong residential conveyancing solicitor or legal executive to join a busy and established conveyancing department.
My clients operate across multiple sites and have full support and technology in place. This role will involve inheriting a caseload of residential conveyancing private client and referrer work including sales, purchase, both freehold and leasehold, right to buy, transfer of equity etc.
The successful individual will be expected to deal with the same from instruction to post completion including supervising a senior paralegal.
The Partners are ideally wanting a qualifed solicitor or Legal Executive.
IT literacy is needed as the firm do have case management.
