Corporate Solicitor
A smart, business minded Corporate Solicitor is wanted for a fantastic opportunity with an ambitious, York based Legal 500 law firm. Applications are invited from high flying Corporate Solicitors with at least 5 experiencing managing broad corporate matters on behalf individual entrepreneurs, SME's, OMB's and larger business. Salary is upwards of negotiable with lots of scope for progression.

The successful Corporate Solicitor will join a specialist team managing a challenging and rewarding caseload of matters for a small, medium and large business client base. On a day to day basis Solicitors will be involved with various corporate transaction matters, advising a wide range of clients. Expect stimulating work generated by broad client base of ambitious and really interesting clients with business interests at home and abroad.
