Excellent opportunity for a qualified Legal Executive to join the Residential Property department for a 12mth maternity leave fixed term contract in this innovative and modern law firm in Kent in who is regularly recognised by the leading legal directories Chambers UK and Legal 500.
The Role
Legal
- Dealing with all sales and purchases, both freehold and leasehold
- Dealing with remortgages
- Preparing and advising on transfers of equity
- Preparing and advising on residential tenancy agreements Liaising with local estate agents and other referrers to expand the practice
- Attending generally property marketing events
- To identify training needs and implement any action required for staff supervised
Other
- Such marketing activities as directed by the Team Leader or as agreed
- Management or departmental administration as directed by the Team Leader
- To identify training needs and implement any action required for staff supervised
The Candidate
- Member of the Institute of Legal Executives
- Effective communicator both oral and written
- Attention to detail Previous experience in Residential Property
Competitive salary depending on experience and benefits which include: Contributory Pension Scheme, BUPA, AA following 3 months service.
