The ideal candidate is likely to have between 1-4 years PQE gained with a leading property practice.

The team is circa 20 strong and is recognised as one of the most successful and innovative commercial property teams in the Thames Valley. The Development and House Building team focus on the acquisition and disposals of development land, planning and construction matters and secured acquisition and development finance.

Good experience/knowledge of some or all the following is preferred:

Acquisition & disposal of development land
Planning and infrastructure agreements/CIL
Secured lending
Preparing sites for disposals of units
Easements and covenants
Non-contentious construction documentation
Acting unsupervised on sales and purchases of residential property
Advising on SDLT

You will be a team player with a client focussed approach and able to demonstrate a willingness to be involved in business development initiatives. You will also have a strong academic background and excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
