**EMEA Head of Real Estate**
The Role
One of the world's top US law firms is looking for an EMEA Head of Real Estate. You will have a great deal of autonomy to run the real estate team according to your strategy. The firm will be providing a lot of support and internal referrals from their US offices. They represent a number of high profile US real estate funds who invest heavily in UK real estate assets.
You will also work closely with the firm's award-winning banking/finance team who have a strong sub-team in real estate finance. There will be numerous leveraging opportunities.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have worked at a top ranked international law firm and have played a leading role in a successful real estate team. You will have expertise on cross-border real estate transactions and advising a wide-range of real estate investors.
Financial Package
The financial package on offer is very generous. Most likely it will be in the region of seven figures and equity.
