Investment management organization is seeking a funds platform lawyer to manage the legal and regulatory issues arising in the contractual documentation with clients and intermediaries.
Being part of the wider legal team, this lawyer will take charge of drafting, negotiating and enhancing the suite of client agreements and other terms of business relating to the funds platform and management services.
