Leading consultancy organisation seeks a commercial lawyer to join its in-house team.
This is an in-house (non-fee earning position) for the Group, covering a wide range of largely commercial issues affecting the company including TOBAs, MSAs but also wider risk and regulatory matters as they arise.
This position would suit a lawyer from a financial or professional services environment (including a law firm) who wishes to branch out into a full-service in-house position in a successful business and truly international team.
European language skills a benefit but not required for this position.
