The Role
A rare opportunity has now arisen for an experienced Litigation Manager to join a thriving Worcester-based department, on a permanent basis. With the skills and expertise to run a successful department, the successful Litigation Manager will combine management duties including the supervision of staff, with handling and growing a busy caseload covering a wide range of litigation matters. Area may include: property; commercial; civil and insolvency litigation. Our client is particularly keen to hear from Lawyers with a following, however this is not an essential requirement for the position.

Passionate about marketing, the successful Litigation Manager will build and strength client relationships and promote the services of the department to generate referrals and new business. The Candidate
You must be a Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE;
You will be technically brilliant with experience in civil, commercial, insolvency and property litigation;
You will have excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach;
You must have experience running a successful litigation department including the supervision of staff;
A following of clients to bring to the practice is highly advantageous but not essential;
You will be able to organise your workload to meet tight deadlines;
You will have a passion for marketing.
