Financial Services Regulatory Litigation 2+pqe
This City firm is looking to recruit a litigator who has at least two years post qualification experience. This position will be focusing predominantly on contentious regulatory work as well as a range of white collar matters.
The team is currently dealing with a range of issues in relation to wholesale and retail enforcement investigations, FCA handbook advice and dealing with a wide range of FCA, SFO and other regulatory enforcement actions. This position is suitable for someone who has dealt with a broad range of litigation matters with a particular focus on contentious financial services regulation and white collar litigation.
