Commercial Solicitor (Projects)

A Commercial Solicitor is required for a fantastic opportunity with leading Legal 500 national law firm in North Yorkshire. Salary is very competitive and dependant on experience.

Our client is a well respected and successful Legal 500 firm, offering a wide range of specialist legal services in health and social care, professional services, real estate, and the third sector.

Joining the Commercial team, your caseload will include a variety of commercial matters and project work. Your role will include the drafting and the negotiation of a range of commercial contracts, including IT and IP.
